I have decided it would be best not to share the speed files, but rather provide the tools necessary to create them yourselves. As @rdragon suggested, read up on the sci programming forum. There is some good information in there. Check out these links, one of which is a site @rdragon already suggested:
http://sci.sierrahelp.com/Tools/SCITools.html - Newer Tools Archive/Docs/Etc
http://sciprogramming.com/scitools.php - Older Tools/Documentation/Forum
Now as for my personal collection, I dug through my hard drive and put together everything I could find in a folder. There are tons of useful tools and some hard to track down stuff in there, as well as a cool set of old SCI dev tools unrelated to realm. You can download these files: HERE
If anyone needs a hint for the speed files I offer you this image - these are the files which must be edited, one set achieving in-combat, one set achieving out of combat.
Good luck! :3
Edit: For clarification, the tools included allow you to dump and modify nearly all of TRO's resource files, including animations and scripts. The PE/executable files for TRO need more modern reversing tools to play with. To be honest I did not have IDA Pro when I was 16-18 years old making mods for realm, and never explored them much. That being said I am fairly confident the .exe and .dll files handle resource processing and server interfacing, there may be some interesting knowledge to gain by reversing SCIW.exe and a few other files, which I intend to toy around with soon. Unfortunately I am in the middle of a move and will not have much time until the end of the month.
