I think Stephen may be correct about not needing to purchase the intellectual property rights to keep moving forward. It would take a fat wallet to get Lee to consider it. But Lee is fighting his own personal demons and becomes so bogged down he does not pay attention to the business.
I would love to see a clean game, able to run on mobile devices. Stephen is working on just such a platform. I am aware others are also trying to clean up the code for that to happen. No need to go into the issues of code here.
As for Scott, I was told he is trying to survive long enough to see the birth of Amanda's second child in August but his doctors are not optimistic. I talked with him in October 2014. All my attempts since then to contact him have failed. Since the bank foreclosed on the house mortgaged to purchase the Realm, they have moved. I no longer have any contact information.
In truth, I think I never really did know who these people were because I am so shocked by their behavior. I want to believe they didn't know the law states that all owners must vote and agree to use company funds for other business ventures. When they took NG funds to go to the Final Four in 2004 in a bid to help Ellington Ellis try to become an agent to the Shadow they never voted on it. It is also important to note, Ellis is not licensed to be an agent. Yet NG funded this endeavor which diverted funds from needed improvements in the Realm. I never voted, there was never a motion before the board on it so it was a violation of the law. Then they claimed to vote unanimously to kick me out. But since I was not at the meeting and did not vote it could not have been unanimous. That claim had the lawyers laughing of the illogical claim.
I doubt there are any funds to pursue legal action for violations of intellectual property. Perhaps an attorney would accept the case if he saw those being sued had deep pockets and he would get paid there.
